Photography for Corporate Events

A friendly face, a calm presence and photos that work.

From conferences to awards nights, full coverage that justifies the investment without adding to your stress on the day.
Let's Talk
Corporate events have moments you can’t afford to miss. The ribbon cut. The CEO and the Minister. The handshake. The keynote moment that ends up in next year’s pitch deck. You need a photographer who knows where to be and when, who reads the room, knows when to stay hidden and when to step in with direction. Someone who handles the people side as well as the photo side.

The photographer should be the easiest part of your day, not another thing to manage.

How I work an event

Years of photographing events has taught me how to read a room, work fast, and find the moments before they happen. I know when to quietly blend into the background, and when to step in with a smile to offer direction.

Before the event, I’ll work closely with you to understand the run sheet, the must-have moments, who the key people are and what you need from me. Clear communication ahead of the day is how I make sure nothing important gets missed.

On the day, I arrive early, introduce myself to the right people, and make sure I’m across everything before things get underway.

Let's Talk

What I bring to your event

Easy to have around

A presence that doesn’t disrupt. Most people barely notice I’m there when that’s what’s needed. No fuss, no interruption, no photographer hovering at the edge of every conversation.

Friendly, calm direction

When I do need to step in to organise a group shot or position someone, I do it with a smile. People relax around me, which means the photos look natural instead of stiff.

From the room to the detail

Wide and tight, both covered. The full room shot, the speaker close-up, the details, the candid moment between two attendees. One photographer, full coverage.

A library that earns its keep

A library of images for use across your website, annual report, socials, marketing campaigns and media.

In the loop, start to finish

Communication before, during and after. You’ll hear from me before the event with the plan, on the day if anything changes, and after with the gallery. No silence, no chasing.

Local knowledge, low fuss

Adelaide local, easy to brief. I work across South Australia, know the venues, and I’m easy to get hold of. The briefing process is straightforward and I won’t add admin to your day.

Dave is an incredibly talented photographer who I have worked with on many occasions.
I cannot recommend him highly enough if you are after a photographer who not only creates beautiful, light filled images but also puts everyone in front of the lens at ease.

The usual questions

What’s your turnaround for event photos?

Full gallery delivered within one week. If you need something sooner, like a media release the next morning or a social post the same afternoon, just let me know in advance and we can build it into the plan.

What’s involved in the lead-up to an event?

A planning chat before the event where we’ll go over the brief. I’ll ask the right questions to get all the info I need. The run sheet, the must-have moments, the key people, and anything specific I should know about. From there, I’ll have a clear plan for the day.

What kinds of corporate events do you cover?

All sorts. Conferences and summits, workshops, gala dinners and awards nights, product launches, panel events, end-of-year functions, board events and team days. Mostly in Adelaide and around South Australia, but happy to travel for the right brief.

Do you offer video as well?

Not personally, but I can connect you with videographers I collaborate with regularly. We work well as a team, so the photography and video feel cohesive and the two crews don’t get in each other’s way on the day.

Do you travel beyond Adelaide?

Yes. I’m based in Adelaide but work across South Australia and beyond. Travel costs are quoted separately depending on the location and duration.

Tell me what you’ve got in mind.

A few lines is plenty to start with. The brief, the timeline, the kind of photos you’re after. I’ll come back ASAP with questions, ideas, or a quote.
